Sri Lanka villa owners will also ask for an event charge, a security deposit, and a minimum number of nights, which ranges from 3 to 4 nights. This is necessary to familiarize the guests with the villa and to allow the management to prepare for the function. Villas in Sri Lanka are primarily used for vacation rentals rather than weddings.
