Joining us is easy, and is free of charge for travel agents. Our travel agents receive commissions for villa bookings and referrals. We have almost 100 villas on our books and are adding more if they reach our standards. We already work with a lot of travel agents worldwide and is already a wholesaler of villa holidays.

As you all know Sri Lanka is becoming one of the must-go destinations in the world there are a lot villas out there but not everything is perfect – we personally inspect and approve every villa that is in the site and only accepts properties that are professionally managed and meet LCSL standards. We always try to have the same as what is shown in the pictures.

What we offer?

All the villas have different inclusions. From all-inclusive villas to self- catered, we have them all. Almost all our villas are fully staffed with a chef and often including breakfast as well. There are villas that runs an ingredient cost basis for food and there are some that run a full board cost. For all the details please check the individual villa profiles. We have chauffeurs and a concierge team on the ground to ensure a great service and help is offered.

What is the commission structure?

We offer a commission for agents before the Government tax and services and any bank fees incurred. The tax structure does vary from villa to villa but our team will always help you to understand this and even send a list of percentages that normally charge as tax.

How can you find options for your customers?

Simply search our villas to rent section (All Villas) to choose the right villa that suites your client. If you found the right property ‘yay’ send us an email through our contact form and one of our Villa Specialists will answer any questions about the property and how to book. Be sure to identify yourself as a travel agent and it’s always a good idea to include your customers’ names to ensure that we can identify them as your customers if they happen to contact us on their own. You can always give us details as much as you think that would help to find the best option to your client so if you were unable to find THE option for your valuable client our team of specialists will help you to locate it with ease.

Can I place a villa on hold for my client?

Yes of course. Normally we can ask the owners/managers of our villas in Sri Lanka to hold a villa up to 72 hours but if it is a PEAK inquiry then this will be 48 hours. We can always ask for an extension but this will depend on what they have in the list

Are you offering the best rates?

Yes and that is our specialty. We always match the villa owners/managers rates and continuously ask them if they have any special offers that are running on certain periods/ date sets so we can inform that to you as well. All these offers are always published in our special offers tab so you can check that too.

How Can I book?

If the client is happy with what we/you have offered and are in a position to book let us know and our team here are Luxury Collection Sri Lanka will send you an invoice with the bank details.

How do we pay for the villa?

We will invoice your company with bank details less than the commission earned. The bank charges are not included so you have to pay that separately each time. You can pay from any bank, anywhere in the world.

Can you arrange pre-arrival details?

Yes, once the client has booked, our concierge team will then get in touch with you to arrange the client’s arrival details. If they like to arrange any things to do or airport transfers or anything we will arrange them to your client. We have a set of suppliers that offers the services and are also verified by us so the services they offer are also up to LCSL standards.

What if the customer cancels?

If the client cancels the booking please keep in mind we will need to refund you less the commission. However please read our T&C as cancellation fees apply.
