Casa Talalla is a stunning 7 Bedroom beachfront villa that can accommodate 14 people, which is tucked away on a hill with amazing views and easy access to one of Sri Lanka's most stunning southern beaches and very close to the Talalla Blue Beach Villa. Additionally, this home takes pride in its rooftop garden, yoga studio, and infinity pool. It is situated at the eastern tip of a beautiful harbor, where the sunsets are magnificent. All the way to the yoga and surf school, the golden soft sand beach is lined with swaying coconut palms and enormous Banyan trees.

The balconies of the master and junior suites both include bathtubs. You enter the covered, oceanfront Ayurveda and yoga studio at the end of the hallway. This space can, if desired, also serve as the master suite's exclusive covered patio. Take the staircase to the rooftop, where you can view the beach and the open ocean from the 30 m (100 ft) long garden. A small bar, lounge seats, and a vegetable and spice garden can be found on the rooftop garden. You should be here for your sunset beverages. Back on the ground floor, proceed past the pool and through the garden to two smaller garden rooms. These rooms are ideal for young adults or families with children who prefer to live in the garden because they each have a fan, an en suite bathroom, and a private garden shower. The staff quarters are located at the back of the house. Talalla House has a secured parking space and a guard on duty around-the-clock.
