BOV a Unique Villa with Jungle Views in Unawatuna, Sri Lanka

Perched high above the surrounding countryside with far reaching and impressive views inland and out to sea Rumassala Villas is made up of two 3 bedroom villas that have an adjoining door making one 6 bedroom villa. The style of the villa is modern with creative touches designed by the owners from their years of experience building luxury villas in the south of Sri Lanka.

The hall way at the entrance opens to a cool and open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and dining table and has floor to ceiling windows that completely slide back allowing the gentle breeze to flow through the villa. The connecting door for each villa is here and from this point each villa is a micro image of each other. Head up to the roof and there are two circular sofas facing east with views that stretch towards the hill country. Sunrise from here is incredible to witness. The upper most level is grass and faces west…sunsets are blissful.
